return E-mail. If for any reason it takes longer, we will notify you by 
E-mail that we will be taking an additional 24 to 48 hours to complete 
the search. Such an extension beyond the typical 72 hours is usually 
related to technical problems at one of the databases.

Legally, this information is available to you just as if you retained one of our licensed private investigators at $75 per hour plus expenses. How do I use this report?

You can use these reports to research your existing doctor. The Doctor Search reports are valuable tools to verify the history, training and education of your healthcare provider. To begin the search on a doctor, all you need is the last name and state of practice. Once you submit your search, you will receive a list of doctors that match your search criteria. This list includes name and address. This service is free.

In addition, you may select a doctor from the list and purchase a License and Sanction Report. This report may contain (if available) license data (all 50 states), sanctions and disciplinary actions against the selected doctor. This service is $9.95.
