    Has your candidate used other social security numbers in 
    the past? - an indication of possible fraudulent activity.

  •  Present and Past Addresses

  •  Criminal Records Search In Candidate's State Of Residence. 
    Note: A few states do not provide statewide searches (e.g., California, Louisiana and Massachusetts) in which case we search the applicant's county of residence.

  •    Education Verification
    A common source of resume fraud; we verify date of graduation and degree or degrees received.

  •    Employment Verification
    We contact up to three past employers to verify 
    employment and positions held.

  •  Bankruptcy/Tax liens search
    A non-intrusive indicator of financial difficulties; this is a
    public records search.

  •     Sexual Offender/Terrorist Database Searches
    Nearly all states maintain Sexual Offender Registries which 
    are available to the public, and worldwide terrorist databases are also now available. While your applicant is very unlikely to appear in these databases, it is prudent to run the searches.

  •  FCRA and EEO guidelines pertaining to employment screening are attached to your Pre-Employment Check report. We also include brief summaries of state laws governing pre-employment screening.
